(0:00:05) Hello and welcome back to part two. This is where we're going to go deep into applying our human interface to select new possibilities from the infinite field of awareness, to collapse them into lived reality.
(0:00:22) In part one is where we uncover the mechanics of attention. We learned that attention is quite literally our highest form of currency, one of the greatest assets we have, and yet for most of us is being spent unconsciously, hijacked by societal constructs, conditioning, and programs that's shaped us since childhood.
(0:00:45) but reclaiming our attention is reclaiming our power it's the act of redirecting that currency with intention deliberately choosing where to invest it and in doing so selecting and stabilizing new versions of reality into our lived experience think about it if attention is currency then every time you pay attention you're making an investment
(0:01:15) The question is, what are you receiving back from that payout? So I want to welcome you back to Being Human in a Mental Universe. My name is Tiffany D'Elia. Isn't it just extraordinary that humanity is awakening to a deeper truth? That life itself is a simulation-like experience?
(0:01:39) A responsive field of mind where every choice, every focus and pulse of attention interacts with the very code of reality. We're not just here to make it through. We're here to engage with life, to explore it and to shape it. And on the deepest level, this isn't a new knowledge at all. It's ancient memory reactivating within us.
(0:02:06) Enough coherence now exists in the collective field that these truths are resurfacing and reawakening what has always been encoded within us. But why does it feel so new? Why are we just now suddenly making all of these new discoveries in places like ancient Egypt?
(0:02:28) Not just Egypt, it's all over the place. Look at all the new discoveries coming from Gobekli Tepe. And we're finding many more pyramids all across the world. Why have all of these gone unseen until now? Many other areas we're seeing breakthroughs in quantum biology, neuroscience, even the study of consciousness itself. So why now?
(0:02:53) From a cosmic perspective, which is echoed in mysticism, science, and philosophy, nothing out there exists apart from our inner state. The outer world is always a reflection of the inner world. As the resonance of humanity as a whole shifts, the field mirrors it back in the form of these new discoveries and these deeper understandings of truth that have always been here.
(0:03:21) On the collective level, this is just us finally realizing that shifting reality isn't about one lever at a time. It's not just about the mind or emotion. It's about the whole instrument. Mind, body, heart, voice, imagination, trust. All the feedback of you in the field working together.
(0:03:46) And as we begin to use our full design as technology, life itself reveals more of what it truly is. So it feels new because humanity is only now tuning into the frequency where these truths can be fully seen and remembered. And the reason it feels like all of this is happening all at once is because humanity moves in cycles. There are ages where we forget.
(0:04:13) There are ages where we remember. And right now we've been in a long cycle of focusing almost entirely on the mind, on survival, and on material progress. And all of that did serve its purpose, but now the cycle is turning. And with it, our awareness is expanding.
(0:04:32) We're remembering what was always here. So with all of that context in place, but before I walk you through the process itself, there are a few prerequisites, a few keys, if you will, that unlock the door to shifting your reality.
(0:04:48) Some of these will be reminders, but I think it's important for me to go over these five things before getting into the actual process. Number one, it is key to remember that attention shapes experience. Whatever you feed with your attention grows more real to you. This is the selector. Key number two, the inner field always comes first.
(0:05:15) You cannot rearrange reality by wrestling with the outside. The outer world reorganizes only after your inner state is tuned. Key number three. You must choose. If you don't make a conscious choice about the version of reality you want to inhabit, attention will drift back into the old patterns by default. Key number four.
(0:05:43) No shift holds without embodiment. A thought alone will not stabilize a new reality. You have to speak differently, move differently, or take one small action that belongs to the new version of yourself. Key number five, you'll need to trust the feedback. Life will respond to your shift.
(0:06:10) When you are reorganizing information within you, life will then begin organizing outside of you. And sometimes it comes as synchronicities. Sometimes it comes as disruption. Either way, it is proof that reality is reorganizing around you. Doubt can unravel this shift before it stabilizes. But trust will allow it to fully stabilize.
(0:06:38) If you can accept these five things, even just as an experiment, then you're ready. With these keys in place, you can begin the process of shifting your resonance into a new harmonic version of reality. Now, most people try to shift primarily through the mind.
(0:07:01) reframing thoughts, repeating affirmations, as if positive thinking is the golden rule of manifestation. Some even cover their walls with vision boards, hoping that the images will catapult them into a new life. I'm not judging that. In fact, I've done that before. Because that's what the spiritual community teaches you to do. Well, I'm sorry, but that's an old playbook. That shit doesn't work. At least not in the lasting way.
(0:07:29) because it only engages one part of your system. It's too forceful. Your natural state is to think the thoughts that are already most dominant in your field. So when you try to force positive thinking, or when you pretend you already have the life you want while pushing aside the thoughts that tell you otherwise, that's not resonance. That's resistance. And your field won't stabilize the new reality.
(0:07:58) So what I'm teaching here instead is integration, a way of bringing all the levers of your system together, mind, heart, body, voice, imagination, trust, and working with the feedback of reality so that the shift doesn't just spark change, it actually stabilizes a new inner structure. When you engage your whole design, your nervous system anchors into a new resonance.
(0:08:28) And once it's anchored, reality then has no choice but to reflect it back as your lived experience. So you have to become that. When you become that is when you see the reflection of it in the mirror of reality. So what I'm going to do now is give you a roadmap, a roadmap that integrates your entire system so that all parts work together to reorganize the information.
(0:08:57) within your field. So let's go ahead and we're gonna walk through it step by step. Step one, every reality shift begins with awareness. You cannot redirect what you don't see. Attention is like water. It flows wherever the terrain of your mind leads it. Most of us are leaking attention all day long
(0:09:26) into endless news cycles that feed our fear. Or we're replaying conversations and conflicts that already ended months ago. Maybe we're leaking attention into worrying about futures that haven't even happened yet. Or we're comparing ourselves against others. All of these are invisible leaks draining our precious energy, where your highest currency slips away without you even realizing it.
(0:09:55) In neuroscience, they call this the default mode network.
(0:10:00) pilot system of the brain that keeps replaying old stories to predict the future. When this is left unchecked it loops the past into the present and that projects it into your tomorrow. Esoterically this will be understood as the inertia of your old resonance. It's an echo of a reality that no longer belongs to you.
(0:10:31) We have past, present, and future. The past is basically a structure that holds what you are here and now in the present. And the present moment is all you truly live. It's always the present moment. But most people aren't actually here with their awareness. It's scattered. Yet the present moment is what determines what will be created in the future.
(0:11:02) So without realizing it, we keep predicting the future because we're living our present moment by replaying the past, replaying what's already happened, replaying our old stories and our thoughts that we picked up that we're not aware of. So this is why step one begins with awareness, becoming aware of those stories, becoming aware of your present energy and where your attention has not yet been withdrawn from.
(0:11:30) With awareness, you can notice where you're leaking attention and redirect it. So awareness is the hand that lifts attention up off the floor and places it back into the dial of creation. This is where your power begins, becoming aware. Step two is where we set our intention. Because no matter what's happening, you always have a choice.
(0:11:59) You always have a choice and that choice gives you a direction. Think of it this way. Attention, attention without intention is like a river with no banks. It just floods everywhere. Intention gives that attention a channel. It's a direction, something to target. If you don't know yet your direction, if you feel unclear, there are so many tools that can help you sense your true trajectory.
(0:12:28) Astrology, human design, gene keys, all of these tools serves as mirrors to help you sense your trajectory and to listen more deeply, to be able to feel into the path that your soul is already trying to point you toward. But remember, the real power is in your choice. Once you sense it, you declare it. And that declaration is intention.
(0:12:56) Quantum physics shows us that reality exists as pure potential until something interacts with it. It's the field of possibilities waiting for you to make a choice, waiting for you to make a selection. What is it? What is the selection? Rest your attention on it, and that version of reality can stabilize. So intention is a choice. It's an act of declaring. This is the version of reality I choose to inhabit.
(0:13:26) Together, intention and attention began creating and stabilizing that experience. So choose the version of reality you want to live. Maybe it's the version of you where you no longer feel trapped in survival, but alive with possibility. Maybe it's the version of you where you're walking through days with a sense of freedom instead of a heavy weight on your shoulders.
(0:13:56) Maybe it's the version of you where you love, where you have real supportive and steady love surrounding you. Or maybe it's the version of you where you feel safe inside your own being, inside of your own body, at peace. No matter what's unfolding around you, you're at peace. Whatever your vision looks like, the moment you declare it, intention gives your attention a target.
(0:14:27) And that is the beginning of collapsing into form, a new lived reality. So step three then is alignment. This is where your intention and attention can come together and drop into the body.
(0:14:48) We want it to drop into the body down into the central axis so that it can actually broadcast our new resonance into the field. So we have to align our attention and intention for a direction. This is where that direction becomes embodied resonance.
(0:15:13) Now, alignment is something that you're going to repeat quite often. In fact, having a daily alignment practice is key to keeping the direction that you've set for yourself. So inside this step, we're going to take our attention and direct it down our central axis. From the crown to the root. Breath like an elevator. Inhale to rise.
(0:15:40) Exhale to anchor. And as you do this, your nervous system begins to regulate. In neuroscience, this is the parasympathetic system activating. It's when the body moves out of the survival mode into a state where healing and creativity can flow naturally through us.
(0:16:01) I'm going to walk you through how to enter this alignment so that you can begin to entrain your nervous system into the channel where life force begins to reorganize itself within your field. Information begins to restructure itself.
(0:16:18) Anytime that you are beginning an alignment, it's important to sit or stand with your head stacked over your heart, your heart over your gut, and your gut over your root. So our spine is straight. It's a physical stacking. And then you're going to begin breathing slowly, letting your inhale lift awareness from your root to your crown, and your exhale will anchor it back from the crown to the root.
(0:16:50) You can imagine like breath as an elevator moving up and down through the axis. So with the proper posture, with your structural alignment and your breath, your nervous system begins to regulate. This matters because rhythmic breathing directly activates the parasympathetic nervous system and is the body's built-in dial for shifting out of survival mode. It literally shifts you into a state of clarity.
(0:17:22) Now adding to these two things, a proper posture and breath, you can begin visualization for neural coherence. What this does is helps to reduce distraction and organize neural firing patterns. When you can visualize a vertical column of light, it gives the mind a simple consistent image to stabilize attention. It literally helps synchronize brain regions.
(0:17:51) So imagery is how the brain organizes itself. Now, when I am doing an alignment, I also like to tone. Studies have shown how humming or toning increases nitric oxide. It improves your oxygen intake.
(0:18:09) I like the way it makes me feel, so I will tone. And I believe vibration is medicine for the nervous system. Humming, chanting, or speaking just even a single resonant word or mantra, if you want, will vibrate the vagus nerve. I find this quite powerful. But more importantly,
(0:18:29) What we are doing here in alignment is stillness. We're phase locking and integrating our mind and body with our posture, breath, geometry, and if you want to tone. All of these entrain the system, but stillness will allow the new rhythm to settle in. It phase locks your internal signal into a coherent pattern.
(0:18:53) More importantly, it's breath, stillness, breath, bring your attention inward, reducing distraction. Doing this will reduce your default mode network activity, all the mind wandering and the chit chat. At first you will see some of that, but it begins to settle down when you train your system to regularly align. It becomes easier and easier, but you're literally training your brain and body to sync.
(0:19:24) And the idea that this is some spiritual practice needs to die. This is a tuning protocol for your human interface. You wouldn't pick up an instrument and just begin to play it. You would tune it first so it can play in harmony. Well, the same is true for your body. This aligns your system with the information that you want reality to mirror back to you so that reality can resonate with you.
(0:19:52) Your spine is the antenna of your being, and it transmits your chosen resonance into the living room.
(0:20:00) field. Without alignment, your attention isn't able to stabilize down the central axis and you need to embody a new resonance. So there's a few things that you'll feel when you're doing this right. There's no right way or wrong way to do it anyway.
(0:20:22) Just like anything, it takes practice. I don't know how to play a guitar. If I wanted to play a piano or guitar, I would have to decide this is the instrument I want to use. And I would have to learn it. I would have to learn how to tune it. So now that you're learning that your body is pretty much an instrument to tune to a reality that you desire, you have to learn how to play it.
(0:20:52) And with that comes learning how to tune it. So when you're practicing this alignment, you might begin to feel the spine becoming alive and your heart begin to expand. You feel your mind soften as you come into the stillness. And this means that your being is remembering its natural rhythm, but you should never have to force it. This isn't about control.
(0:21:21) It's about softening and allowing the body to align naturally so that the current can flow on its own. Your nervous system isn't separate from the cosmos. It's a living bridge. It's a channel where your inner coherence meets the greater field. So when you align your axis, you activate that bridge.
(0:21:48) And when your resonance stabilizes through this, the field begins to respond. And this bridge you'll come to recognize later in future episodes as we continue this journey together. So this step is about alignment, aligning our attention and intention and stabilizing it through the central axis. So after we tune,
(0:22:18) The field then requires action to lock into matter. That is step four, embodiment. Embodiment means anchoring in your chosen resonance through action. We've chosen our intention. We've chosen our state. We're bringing it into the body and anchoring it in
(0:22:43) through action and this action doesn't have to be a grand gesture it can be as simple as speaking one new word or making a small choice that belongs to the version of reality that you selected science calls this embodied cognition the way the body teaches the brain through action when you act from the new state of being your nervous system begins to rewire itself differently
(0:23:12) Synaptic pathways fire differently. Your hormones shift. The body confirms then to the field, this is real now. So the action is what makes it real. This is like a ritual. This is the same as ritual. Every sacred culture has known that intention without action fades back into imagination. But when you act,
(0:23:40) Whether it's a symbolic gesture or a spoken word, or even a simple change in behavior, you tell the field, the shift has begun. It's like a contract that you are making with the universe to say, I mean it. So if you've chosen a reality of freedom, you walk that way. Put your shoulders back. If you've chosen the reality of love, you speak differently.
(0:24:09) You're softer, you're kinder, you're more direct. And if you've chosen the reality of abundance, make a decision with trust instead of fear. The embodiment is the hinge where resonance moves from energy now and into form. It's the signal that locks your new reality into the circuitry of your body.
(0:24:35) And this begins broadcasting into the field. You'll know that embodiment has landed because your action feels natural, is no longer forced.
(0:24:48) Sometimes if you imagine a new version of yourself doing the things that that version of yourself will do while you're still the old version, it's really hard to fathom. It's really hard to put yourself in those shoes to actually take those actions. But when you become that version and your information, you're sitting in alignment and you're feeling as if you're that version and you're allowing it to embody within your being,
(0:25:18) then it's really easy and effortless to make those decisions because you begin feeling as if you are already that version. So then naturally, it just feels like, hey, that's the step I'm supposed to be taking right now. So it feels differently. And this is why we say it's effortless, because it is. You also begin receiving ideas and making decisions from that state of being.
(0:25:46) Whereas in the old state, you weren't on the same wavelength as that resonance to even pick up that idea. You weren't in the same wavelength of that resonance where that person comes into your life, where that opportunity comes into your life.
(0:26:03) So embodiment is where your signal begins to completely shift. You begin to resonate on a new waveform. And this is where everything begins to radiate outward. Step five, it's amplification. Once you've embodied the new resonance, it's time to expand that resonance. Expand that signal so that it becomes magnetic.
(0:26:32) It becomes impossible for the field to ignore you now. Amplification means infusing your new state with energy of expression so that it grows larger than the old pattern ever was. Emotions like gratitude and joy and love
(0:26:51) Science can show us that these emotions are an amplifier of neural wiring. We have research from the HeartMath Institute that proves that these elevated emotions, like gratitude and joy and love, expand the electromagnetic field around your heart three to six feet beyond the body. This is when you start influencing the people around you and influencing the fields around you.
(0:27:19) Every sacred tradition knew that when you feel, when you feel it fully and express it outwardly, the universe answers. So emotion will carry your signal further into the field. This is when we amplify your field by celebrating it, moving with expansiveness, letting your body feel the joy of freedom.
(0:27:45) If you've chosen the reality of love, amplify it by generating gratitude, expressing love, allowing tenderness and love to radiate from you and through you.
(0:27:58) And if you've chosen the reality of abundance, let it amplify by feeling trust so deeply that every choice you make will echo certainty instead of doubt or fear. Amplifying our signal is what builds momentum. So amplification, getting up from your alignment and walking through the day with gratitude and love and certainty and trust.
(0:28:22) vibrating at this high state, knowing that everything is happening for you, the field is reorganizing for you. And then we're going to move into step six. Step six is trust. Trust is the stabilizer. But this step is also where many people lose the stabilization. They lose the shift. When you change resonance,
(0:28:51) The old reality, what happens to it? It doesn't just vanish. It has to destabilize. Things have to fall away. Disruptions might show up. In fact, they will show up. On the surface, it can look like chaos. But it's not. It's only reorganization.
(0:29:14) Situations might occur that may on the surface look like things are really just falling out of pieces. And if you doubt here, if you panic or react, you can unravel the shift.
(0:29:26) But if you can trust, if you can fully trust and hold your resonance, hold that state, no matter what the outside is showing you, then the shift can complete itself. You can allow the external world to catch up to your new resonance. Science shows us that through neuroplosity, when old neural pathways stop being fired, they don't disappear instantly.
(0:29:55) They weaken at the same time new pathways are strengthening.
(0:30:00) So the brain will resist change before it accepts it. When things on the outside start to change and dissolve and relationships start to look like they're dismantling, all that's happening is a transmutation. This is alchemy, dissolution before transmutation. The caterpillar literally dissolves before the butterfly emerges. So if you can hold your signal, lock it in,
(0:30:28) and choose non-reactivity, holding that new state even while the outer world looks like it's dissolving. It means that you are trusting that what you're seeing is feedback. It's evidence that the field has heard you and is now reorganizing around your new resonance. For some reason, this is one of the hardest things for people to do. It's been one of the hardest things for even me to do, but I've learned
(0:30:57) And I'm still learning the absolute beauty of trust, of holding steady and knowing that everything is working out for me. I also wanna note that it's not just things on our external that happens like outer events. We'll also feel old emotions arise and surface here too. You'll feel grief, you'll feel anger and doubt,
(0:31:26) All of those are natural. They're all normal. They rise up because they were bound to the resonance you're leaving behind. This is why we don't need to push them aside. You let them move through you. Feel them. Witness them.
(0:31:43) And then return your attention back into the new state. Again and again. Every time an old emotion arises. Because you will grieve the old version of yourself. Absolutely you will grieve. But these emotions are not signs that you have failed. They are proof. They are proof that the old energy is dissolving. So when life dissolves.
(0:32:11) reorganizes itself in unexpected ways. Remember, nothing is working against you. It's all working for you. Everything is moving to align with the new resonance that you chose. The question is, will you trust it long enough for it to actually stabilize in the external reality?
(0:32:34) Can you trust enough that what no longer matches your new resonance is falling away? It can look like losing relationships, opportunities closing their doors, and parts of your old self dissolving. It can feel like a loss.
(0:32:53) But what feels like a loss is really just a reorganization of the field. It's a clearing of space so the new version of you can take root. This is the death that always comes before the rebirth. And we're going to go deeper into this in the next episode. But remember, endings are not proof that something went wrong.
(0:33:13) They're proof that your signal has changed and you are entering a rebirth stage. So trust is the stabilizer of your resonance. It's what carries you through the transition, the endings, the dissolving of what no longer matches. When you hold it steady long enough and let the field respond, something beautiful happens. And this is what we call integration. Step seven, integration.
(0:33:43) This is when everything has settled into your body and into your subconscious and the feedback of reality begins to mirror back to you your new resonance. So once you're able to hold that steady and trust long enough for the disillusion of the old self, this integration is the assimilation phase. The nervous system can stabilize. The subconscious updates its patterns.
(0:34:13) The outer world is now beginning to match the signal you're broadcasting. It's the Sabbath principle. Creation is always followed by rest. This rest allows your field to crystallize what was set in motion. You don't want to rush this phase. You want to rest, get plenty of sleep, reflect. All of this cements the new pattern, making it more stable and integrated within your being.
(0:34:44) So integration, this step, is the whole shift completing itself. And this is also where feedback becomes your teacher. Synchronicities, new opportunities, even those disruptions, none of those are random. It's the field answering to you. This is the stage where you no longer have to remind yourself to hold the resonance because it holds you.
(0:35:13) So listen closely in this phase. Rest here in this new resonance and allow every reflection, every encounter, every little subtle nudge that comes your way, allow this information to help you integrate into this new state of being. This is how you and reality begin to learn each other anew. You're getting used to each other again, but in a new way.
(0:35:43) So this roadmap, these seven steps I just gave you, is considered a great place to start actively engaging your human interface with this living field. Awareness showed you where your attention was leaking. And choice gave you direction. Alignment tuned your body into coherence. And embodiment anchored that new signal into matter.
(0:36:14) Amplification expanded it outward into the field. And trust stabilized you through the dissolution. And then integration sealed it. It sealed your shift, allowing reality to mirror your resonance back to you. And please know that this is not a one-time act.
(0:36:41) It's a living cycle. It's a new way of being. Awareness, choice, alignment, embodiment, amplification, trust, and integration again and again. Each time you walk this pathway, your ability to inhabit new versions of reality grows even stronger.
(0:37:06) Remember, reality doesn't change because you wish for it to. It changes because you shift resonance. And you hold it. You are the tuner. And with this living field, together you are co-creating the song of your becoming.
(0:37:33) In the next episode, we're going to go deeper into what you often experience after the shift. That grief of letting go. The endings that clear space for new beginnings. The death that always precedes rebirth. And this has to become the norm. It's the rhythm of nature. You can die again and again and again. It is safe.
(0:38:00) And when seen through the right lens, it can even be beautiful because stepping into a new self means honoring the parts of you and the connections around you that can't come with you. So for now, trust this process, practice it, live it. The more that you walk it, the more reality reveals itself to you as the mirror that it always has been.
