Tiffany D'Elia: [00:00:00] At this stage in our evolution, we are now recognizing the body as harmonic technology, and this signals the beginning of the next octave in our collective remembering humanity is no longer bound to live as powerless beings. Programmed to react to an external world. We are now remembering ourselves as conscious participants, co-creators, moving within a living field of intelligence and resonance.
This means together we are reframing our entire sense of self. For millennia. We've seen ourselves as random biology, but we're not. We've seen ourselves as separate individuals, reactive in [00:01:00] nature, trapped inside of matter. Some people still think we're trapped inside of a matrix, but that's another story.
It's only true if you choose to look at it in that way, but the truth is we are so much more. We are harmonic architecture interfaces of awareness itself, living resonance expressed through human form. Which means that you yourself are a precise, intelligently designed interface, expressing one one of infinite possible configurations of consciousness, but in this form, who you truly are is not the configuration itself beneath your identity, under every story, beyond every layered expression.
Beneath it all lies the unchanging essence, the I am [00:02:00] pure awareness. The field of consciousness moving through every possible variation, yet never, ever limited by any of them. That is who you are. When you remember that, you are the awareness behind the identity. You realize you were never trapped inside it.
Identity is not fixed. It is only one expression within the larger field of infinite awareness, and you are that awareness free to shift, free to reconfigure. You're free to explore new expressions at any given moment. This means that you are not bound to the story you've been living. You are free to reconfigure and to realign your awareness with new possibilities.[00:03:00]
You are free to release stories. They're only yours if you choose to keep them as part of your awareness, but you're free to release them. You're free to step into a new resonance and you are free to realign with a higher coherence of being. Free to embody what feels truer to your deeper desires. That's why we're here.
We get to explore this earthly dimension as pure awareness, fully equipped with this interface that we call the human body. Moving through a harmonic field of resonance that our body translates into a living real time simulation reality is resonance. And your body is translating it. Vibration, the harmonics of this field into geometry light, into information that we [00:04:00] experience as the physical world.
What you see, touch, live, it's all resonance, made real through your interface.
It's how you know you're looking at a tree. Or the sky or the grasp beneath your feet. The vibration is translated into color, into texture, and into shape. All like a living simulation. So real that you can touch it, you can smell it and walk through it. Yet at its core, it's resonance, made perceivable through you, pure awareness, experiencing itself as reality, but it's all resonance.
Translated through your interface. So not only does your body translate resonance through you for your exploration and experience, but it also broadcasts your resonance into the field. [00:05:00] So it's an ongoing, constant exchange of resonance, a living feedback loop in constant dialogue with the field. The harmonics you take in shape you, the signal you broadcast shapes the field.
And together this exchange keeps evolving. This is consciousness experiencing itself, reflecting itself and expanding itself through you. And you are that awareness moving through an infinite field of resonance, exploring variations of itself in which your human interface then adapts to configures an identity.
And voila. Here is the version of you that awareness is choosing to explore in this very moment. And with that version of you comes the experiences that match its resonance. While your [00:06:00] interface adapts to the configuration, that configuration tunes you to a particular frequency drawing in the harmonics that sustain it.
And that's what's shaping what you know as your lived reality. But like tuning a radio to different stations, you too can shift your configuration and tune into a new version of experience. I'm Tiffany Delia, and I welcome you back to being human in a mental universe where we remember that life is not random, but lawfully resonant.
And together we're remembering and relearning to operate the most advanced technology. We carry our own human interface, and so this is the beauty of it. The interface does the work. It automatically translates the frequency that you tune [00:07:00] to into a lived reality. All you are really doing is reconstructing awareness.
And choosing new signal to align with, but the rest unfolds through the design of the technology itself, and that's what we call the law of resonance. Like frequencies amplify each other. The signal you broadcast is the signal that returns your awareness, chooses it, your interface then adapts to it, and the field mirrors it back as reality.
So the signal you broadcast is the signal that returns. Wow. This means I'm responsible for my lived experience because it's all being generated by the signal I'm sending, whether conscious or unconscious. It's all arising from my current configurations, the [00:08:00] stories I hold, the identities I clinging to.
The patterns I keep repeating, but if my awareness chose these configurations, then it can choose new ones. And when it does, my interface then reaps becoming a new resonance signal. And then the field has no choice but to mirror it back as new reality. Yep, exactly. This is how the law of resonance works in action.
Awareness chooses attention tunes, the interface adapts, and the field response. So I just gave it away, but if awareness chooses configuration, what's the actual mechanism of that choice? What is it that locks in a new configuration? Well, [00:09:00] it's attention. Attention, attention is the tuner. Attention is not just looking at something with your eyes or thinking about something with your mind.
Attention is an electrical focus. It's the way awareness directs current into a specific pattern. Wherever attention rests, it feeds coherence into that geometry. So what happens is over time a sustained focus creates a phase lock, a stable standing wave that the body and field can entrain to, and that entrainment is what we call resonance.
It means you embodying, you have fully em embodied a frequency of being. And when the field mirrors that back, we call it manifestation. [00:10:00] You are always manifesting. You're always manifesting, but you don't manifest what you want. You can only manifest what you are. The field mirrors who you are being every moment, the stories you hold, the emotions you cycle, the patterns you embody.
All of that is the frequency. Your interface is broadcasting and the field has no choice but to return it.
But how this frequency is set and how all of those stories and emotions and patterns lock your resonance into place begins with attention. Attention is the mechanism. It creates coherence. The coherence then becomes resonance and resonance shapes reality. In other words, whatever you [00:11:00] consistently attend to with coherence becomes resonant.
And what resonates long enough becomes real in your experience. So attention is the mechanism by which awareness selects the version of reality it wishes to stabilize. But let's back up a moment. If attention creates coherence. Then this also explains why we're incoherent so much of the time because our attention is constantly being pulled from one thing to the next.
Right? Instead of a clear standing wave focused attention, our signal keeps collapsing and restarting, collapsing, and restarting. The reality that gets mirrored back to us feels chaotic, unstable, because if attention is scattered, coherence can't form. And when coherence [00:12:00] can't stabilize in the body, it shows up as imbalance.
It shows up as dis-ease what we call illness. The body is simply mirroring the same fragmentation that's happening in awareness, but just look at the environment we live in. The field right now is saturated with attention traps, endless scrolling, constant crisis being headlined in the news algorithm hooks designed to hijack awareness.
Oh, but those cute little kitten videos, each loop you fall into literally is tuning your body into incoherence, scattering your resonance, splitting your signal so it can't stabilize into a clear standing wave. These distractions are electrical currents designed to fracture, coherence, and [00:13:00] scatter. The current of awareness, they diffuse your energy into a hundred week streams.
None strong enough to phase lock and without phase lock. Phase lock just means, it's a fancy way of saying sink. Without two rhythms locking together, residents can't stabilize. Your reality then will stay chaotic, fragmented. This is why the majority of people feel so anxious and restless, overwhelmed, and exhausted, confused.
When attention is scattered, the body never stabilizes into coherence, so the nervous system keeps firing without resolution. We live in a loop of agitation, of burnout, of reactivity. How many times do you scroll to numb the emotions that just want to be felt and [00:14:00] processed? How many times do you binge watch shows to escape the silence that could actually bring you back to yourself?
How many times do you keep yourself busy rushing from one thing to the next? Just to avoid sitting with what's really moving inside you and how many times do you pick up your phone or reach for some food when what your body is just asking for is presence? Come on. I want you to think about it. It's no wonder why so many people feel so powerless, but that's not who we are.
None of us are powerless. This is only what happens when our attention is trapped. But I'm here to remind you that attention is always yours to reclaim, and the moment that you [00:15:00] reclaim it, everything begins to shift. Because attention is the lever of creation. Attention is a portal of creation. When you choose where it rests, you are choosing the signal you're sending.
You choose the resonance, you embody, you choose the reality that mirrors back to you. So your attention is not small, and it's time we start undervaluing it. It's the most powerful force you carry, and it's always available in every moment. No matter what's happening around you. You have the choice on where you place it, but here's the key.
This mechanism works both ways the same way that scattered attention fragments us, keeping us incoherent, sustained attention. Restores [00:16:00] coherence. It restores it. And because coherence spreads through the central axis, remember what we talked about in the last episode, the brain, heart, nervous system, gut, it all stabilizes there.
This is part two stuff that I'm mentioning, but I still wanna touch on it so you can see where this is going. But when you stabilize attention down the central axis, these two forces meet symmetrically projection and reception phase A line. They sink. Instead of scattering all over, sending mixed signals, the field, the universe is reading these signals.
So unless they're clear, the frequencies that you phase lock with aren't signaling with precision, and you are capable of that. So why not understand this so [00:17:00] you can position yourself as such? Because when your field begins emitting harmonics that are phase stable with the version of yourself that you desire.
It's sent out like laser, like a laser selector into the greater field that then matches a reality and, and, and mirrors it back to you. So we'll talk about this now. That you've stabilized attention down your central axis. This is when the right doors start to open, opportunities, start arriving, ideas, solutions, the clear action steps, they all begin to reveal themselves to you all.
Action then becomes efficient and right time. Divinely timed. Divinely timed. I, I, I can't explain it, but it seems to feel [00:18:00] effortless as if you are being done. You emit one clear tone and reality reorders around it, and it starts with attention. The simplest thing, the one thing you always have. The most powerful lever you'll ever carry.
So nothing changes until attention changes, because attention is what directs the current. You can't embody a new resonance until attention shifts and stabilizes within you, within your being. Where attention goes, energy flows, and where energy flows, it grows. Awareness may hold infinite possibilities, but only attention selects One.
Only attention feeds it with enough [00:19:00] energy to phase lock into coherence, and when coherence becomes resonance, that resonance is what reality mirrors back. Which means the reality you're living right now is nothing more and nothing less than a reflection of where your attention has been. What happens when we place our attention inward, even if it's on just your breath, allowing the thinking mind to slow down When we withdraw, uh, our attention away from identities, from our problems and external circumstances.
Sadly, many people don't realize the power in stillness and in full presence, but when your attention is on breath and stillness, did you know that in that stillness lies full potential? Your full potential is there. You're literally opening [00:20:00] portals for other possibilities. So why do we avoid stillness like our life is in danger?
When you can sit and just be the observer of the thinking mind of the programs running in the background of your human ego construct, you'll see that eventually those identities and stories all begin to fall away. And what you start noticing then is the subtle presence of the unconditioned awareness.
The I Am presence. You know that same presence you pray to, but always too busy to notice that it is you.
Where attention goes, energy flows, and where energy flows, it grows. So with your attention here on this presence, on the I Am, [00:21:00] your awareness grows. It expands. We wanna expand our awareness, but too busy running around doing all the things, but with all of the other not important things that our ego construct has made so important.
With all of those out of the way, what then happens is that our whole system reorganizes around this baseline signal of being just being. This is when profound healing occurs.
That's when we begin to see changes happening in external reality. When we can shift our attention long enough away from the things that cause us to stress, to doubt, or to fear, and we place it on the things that we want to see grow in our lives. [00:22:00] Then our system can actually reconfigure itself around those frequencies.
Then your reality can't help but to reconfigure to match. So today, just notice where your attention goes. Is it feeding an old story? Notice when you catch yourself aimlessly scrolling. Notice if your attention is dwelling on all the things that you don't like that's happening in your life right now.
And then ask yourself, how much attention is being placed on the version of me that I wish to embody? How much attention is being placed on the version of me that I wish to embody? Is your attention aiming towards all the things that are holding you back from becoming that version of you? The moment that you redirect [00:23:00] even a fraction of your attention towards the version of you that you desire to experience and charge it with emotion, with presence and trust, that signal begins to strengthen.
If that's where you place your attention toward the version of you that you desire to experience and charge it with an emotion, the signal begins to strengthen in coherence starts to rise. You don't have to force it, and you don't have to control the outcome. In fact, you can completely let go of the outcome.
Let go of the how. That's not your problem. Your only role is to hold the frequency of that version of you to walk like it's inevitable, to walk like it is, as I am to place and hold your attention there [00:24:00] and to trust the design because your body and your field already know what to do. The design is more than intelligent.
It's built to adapt. All that's required is attention and the willingness to trust your own design. So as we close part one, I invite you to soften into that trust to let go of effort. And simply remember, the most advanced technology you'll ever carry is already within you, always waiting for your attention.

Let the rhythms flow down the spine into your gut.
Let them flow up the spine and into the brain
flowing out into the nervous system. With every breath, each one of your centers tuning one by one into harmony, as if the whole orchestra of your body are all playing together the same rhythm.
